HOUSTON, TX, October 2021 — Montrose Automotive Center, LLC purchased two lots at 3709 Montrose Blvd. and 918 W. Alabama St., Houston, TX 77006 to build a new location for their automotive service business. They were represented by Richard Ember of Leverett McNeil Associates. The seller, Ellag, LLC, who was using the properties as a sober living facility for the previous 15 years, was represented by Cotton Munson of Davis Commercial.
