HOUSTON, TX, May 2021 — The former Obsidian Theatre building at 3522 White Oak Dr. in The Heights was purchased by Hey Pocky LLC with plans to redevelop the property into a wine bar. Wade Greene with Colliers International represented the buyer. The seller, Saites LLC, was represented by Ryan Neyland of Davis Commercial Real Estate.
