HOUSTON, TX, June 2025 – A 2.4-acre tract of land located at the southwest corner of Yale Street and Crosstimbers Street has been sold and is slated for commercial development. The buyer, Kroozin Crosstimbers LLC, plans to transform the site into a shopping center that will include a fuel and convenience store component.
The seller, 125 Crosstimbers LLC, was represented in the transaction by Mark Davis of Davis Commercial Real Estate.
