HOUSTON, TX, August 2022 — An 8,912 square foot office building in the heart of Montrose at 1915 Commonwealth St. Houston, TX 77006 is fully leased. Purchased in 2019 by SFT Investments, the building saw a complete renovation. The project was assigned to the interior design firm AV Design Studio led by Andres Vanegas as the principal designer. Andres was inspired by the neighborhood in selecting design and color combinations that gave the building a contemporary and sophisticated look. Tenants include People’s Acupuncture, Faceworx Med Spa, and Bliss Creatif Studio. SFT Investments also moved their operation to the 2nd floor of the building. The Landlord was represented by Lisa Rimkus of Davis Commercial.
