The 1930’s building was designed by famous architect, Birdsall Briscoe and originally used as a residence before the seller converted it to an office. The buyer, represented by David Price of Cresa, will lease the property to The Center for the Healing Arts and Sciences. The seller, Thomas Richey, was represented by Ashley Casterlin of Davis Commercial.
