HOUSTON, TX, June 14, 2023 —Coffee Fellows, a German-based coffee shop and café with over 300 franchise and partner locations throughout Europe, is set to open their first partner location in the United States today in Houston at 4900 Bissonnet St., Houston, TX 77401. Along with a variety of coffee drinks, Coffee Fellows also serves small bites such as bagels, paninis, and assorted fruit bowls.
A second lease has also been signed by the company at 3329 W Grand Pkwy N in Katy. The company has plans to expand rapidly throughout the United States over the next few years. United Equities is the landlord of the flagship location on Bissonnet and was represented in-house by Doug Freedman. Concho Real Estate Development, LLC is the landlord of the Katy location and was represented by Robert Piper. Coffee Fellows was represented by Lisa Rimkus of Davis Commercial for both locations.
