HOUSTON, TX, July 2023 —Peers Holdings QOF, LLC purchased an 1,800 SF former gas station property located at 9430 Mesa Dr, Houston TX 77028. They intend to repurpose the site into a retail building. The sellers, Fadi and Rola Georges, were represented by Cotton Munson of Davis Commercial.
