HOUSTON, TX, March 2021 — Tecama, Inc. has purchased a 5,500 SF office building at 447 Heights Blvd., where they plan to relocate their architecture firm. The buyer was represented by Gary Loh at Loh & Co. The seller, Pecan Tree Investments LLC, was represented by Ryan Neyland of Davis Commercial Real Estate.
