He will occupy the building for his family owned land clearing business, JRP Services, which has over 30 years’ experience in Houston. Paredes was represented by Silvia Mejia with My Texas Realty. The seller, Stanton Children Trust, was represented Ryan Neyland of Davis Commercial Real Estate.
