HOUSTON, TX, August 2022 — Main Bird Hot Chicken signed a 1,500 SF lease at Kleinwood Center at 7316 Louetta Road, Spring, TX. The restaurant plans to open in August. This is Main Bird’s 2nd brick and mortar location in the greater Houston area. Their Sugar Land location opened Spring 2021. Main Bird also has food truck locations in Montrose and the Galleria area. Josh O’Toole with Phillip Edison represented the landlord. Main Bird was represented by Ashley Casterlin of Davis Commercial.
