HOUSTON, TX, July 2023 —Get4 Holdings, LLC, purchased a 21,000 SF corner lot at 4820 Navigation Blvd., Houston, TX 77011 in EADO. They plan to redevelop the 3,300 SF structure on the property into an event space. Natali Czarneski of DAC Realty Group represented the buyer. The Seller, CDHO LLC, was represented by Lisa Rimkus of Davis Commercial.
