HOUSTON, TX, November 2020 — Nilkanth Hospitality LLC has purchased 33,493 SF of land at 12711 East Freeway, just off Federal Rd., for the construction of a new Crystal Inn Hotel. The buyer was represented by Ford Jones of Independence Commercial Real Estate and the seller, Pamela Hruza, was represented by Ryan Neyland of Davis Commercial Real Estate.
