Guefen is developing Haven at Mission Trace, a luxury Class A 264 unit apartment community, consisting of eight residential community buildings, expansive clubhouse and a resort-style pool. The apartments range in size from 669 SF to 1,266 SF and feature luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite counter-tops, kitchen backsplashes, undermount sinks and stainless appliances.
The sellers, Reed Real Properties, LLC and Duddlesten O’Brien Ltd., were represented by Ashley Casterlin of Davis Commercial.
