HOUSTON, TX, October 2022 — HBI (Home Builders Institute), one of the nation’s leading non-profit organizations in providing construction trades training and education, has leased 8,910 SF of flex space at the West Belt Business Center – 10631 Harwin Drive, Houston, TX 77036. This is HBI’s fourth BuildStrong Academy that has been launched, now operating alongside locations in Denver, Orlando, and Greater New Orleans. The BuildStrong Academy of Houston provides training to students in all facets of construction as well as career counseling, job-placement support, and networking opportunities. The Landlord, LRF2 Hou Harwin Drive LLC, was represented by Gully Harper and Nathan Wynne of CBRE. HBI was represented by Lisa Rimkus of Davis Commercial.
