HOUSTON, TX, January 2022 — The Houston Toy Museum leased a 4,932 SF space in the Heights at 321 W 19th St. It will be Houston’s first toy museum for “a nostalgic experience where toys, pop culture, and history collide!” Each exhibit will focus not only on the toys but their inventors, as well as the artists behind the design and branding of the toys people know and love. Nicky Gomez with Remax represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Retail on 19th Ltd., was represented by Ryan Neyland of Davis Commercial.
