The lower Westheimer property, consisting of The Bar Method and The Seafood Connection, sits on 14,873 SF of land at the corner of Westheimer Rd. and Whitney St. Mike Maroney of MPM Commercial represented the Buyer and the Seller was represented by Mark Davis of Davis Commercial Real Estate.
