HOUSTON, TX, April 2021 — DSRK Properties has purchased a 28,664 SF office/warehouse at 9420 Knight Rd in Houston, TX 77045 to expand their fire proofing material business. They will use the space to build a lab where they will test new products. The property was previously owned by Texas Engineering Services and used as a custom steel manufacturing facility. Troy Collins of Collins Realty Group represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Cotton Munson of Davis Commercial.
