HOUSTON, TX, September 2022 — RDGA LLC purchased a 3,013 SF building on 36,556 SF of land in Spring Branch at 1725 Wirt Road, Houston, TX 77055. The existing building will be renovated for their popular restaurant, Ragin’ Cajun. Preston Cunningham with Cunningham Ventures represented the buyer. The seller of the former Liberty Auto Sales property was represented by Ashley Casterlin of Davis Commercial.
