This will be Polygon’s 5th location in the Houston area. Polygon Physical Therapy’s vision is to create personalized and top-of-the-line treatment programs designed to improve the overall health of every patient. They specialize in treating a variety of conditions including back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, foot pain, ankle pain, elbow, wrist, or hand pain, post-surgical rehab, generalized weakness and balance impairment, neurological conditions such as stroke, Alzheimer’s/dementia etc., work injuries, auto injuries, sports injuries, pediatric physical therapy such as for cerebral palsy, autism, and developmental disorders etc. The landlord for the center was represented by Ashley Casterlin of Davis Commercial.
