HOUSTON, TX, June 2021 — Ray Blackburn, Inc. purchased a 8,580 SF auto shop/warehouse at 10041 FM 2920 Tomball, TX 77375 to add to their portfolio of auto repair and service centers. It was previously owned by Landworthy Real Estate, LLC as an auto/ATV repair and upholstery shop. Brenda Pennington of Pennington Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Cotton Munson of Davis Commercial.
