HOUSTON, TX, March 2024 — Yinlun TDI, LLC purchased a 111,000 SF office building and 43,000 SF warehouse on a 12.6 acre lot located at 7000 Hollister St., Houston TX 77040, to use as their office headquarters and manufacturing facility. The company provides thermal management solutions to the automotive, commercial truck and recreational vehicle market place. The buyer was represented by Charlie Le of Realm Real Estate. The seller, FJS Investments LP, was represented by Cotton Munson of Davis Commercial.
