13606 Kuykendahl Road: A former 13,000 SF Bldg Walgreens at the NEC of Kuykendahl/Ella Blvd in Houston, TX sold to Alisha and Maheboob Maknojia for redevelopment into a grocery store. The buyer was represented by Steven Lang of Sunterra Realty.
5104 Lockwood Drive: A former 12,006 square foot beauty supply just off Loop 610 north of 5104 Lockwood Drive sold to S and J Family Enterprise Corp for a quinceañera retail store. Casey Ingram of JLA Realty represented the Buyer.
